What is the status of my order?

Can I change my order?
We can only change orders that have not been processed for shipping yet.
Once your order is under the status "preparing for shipping", "shipping" or "delivered", then we cannot accept any edits to your order.

Where do you ship?
We are pleased to offer worldwide shipping on all orders placed on wearamae.com. For most KSA orders, transit times will take 1-3 working days.
For international orders transit times will take 3-7 working days.
Amae is not responsible for any unanticipated delays caused by destination customs clearance processes, weather conditions, and transit delays.

We do not accept returns unless it is faulty and/or is damaged. Returns must also include the following conditions:

- The item is defective
- The item must be in original packaging
- The item must be unused in anyway
- The return or exchange request is made within 30 days of delivery
- The return is made within 14 days of the return or exchange request

Are returns free?
We do not accept returns or exchanges unless it is faulty and/or is damaged. Returns within Saudi Arabia are free. Please contact our support by emailing us on info@wearamae.com. to organize your return.
Returns from outside of Saudi Arabia are the responsibility of the buyer.The shipping amount will be deducted from the total refund amount if refund is approved.

How long does it take to process a return?
Returns are confirmed within 14 days of receiving the package at our warehouse.
Once your return is accepted, amounts will be credited to your original payment method within 14 days of our services accepting your return. If you haven’t received your credit within 14 days, please check with your bank first then email us on info@wearamae.com

We currently don't have any physical stores under our brand name.
Is there a warranty?
We guarantee any of our products made by us and sold through our online store to be free of defects.
