Return & Exchange

Refund policy

We do not offer returns or exchanges unless the item received is faulty and/or damaged. Returns must also include the following conditions:
  • The item was purchased from our online store www.wearamae.com
  • The item is defective.
  • The item must be in original packaging.
  • The item must be unused in any way.
  • The return or exchange request is made within 30 days of delivery.
  • The return is made within 14 days of the return or exchange request.

To ask for a return please email us at info@wearamae.com with your name, order number, brief description of the damage, and pictures of the faulty item.

You will then receive a detailed email containing your return instructions and your shipping label.

After receiving your return and in order to ensure the above criteria has been met, all returns will be inspected. If the product does not meet the listed criteria, we reserve the right not to issue a refund or exchange.

Returns are confirmed within 14 days of receiving the package at our warehouse.
If your refund is accepted, the amount will be credited to your original payment method. Please note it may take up to 14 days from refund approval for the amount to be reflected in your bank account.If you haven’t received your credit within 14 days, please check with your bank first then email us on info@wearamae.com

 

Shipping items

Returns within Saudi Arabia are free. Please contact our support by emailing us on info@wearamae.com to organize your return. Please include your name, order number, brief description of the damage, and pictures of the faulty item.

Returns from outside of Saudi Arabia are the responsibility of the buyer. The shipping amount will be deducted from the total refund amount if approved. Please contact our support by emailing us on info@wearamae.com to organize your return.

You must take care to ensure that the items are properly packaged to avoid any damage while in transit. If an item is found damaged or used beyond what it takes for us to reasonably inspect it, then we may reject a refund.
